Questions
Before you order
How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on the item. Anything in the Ships from the USA collection arrives in about two to five business days. Everything else typically takes 10 to 18 business days. Shipping is free either way, the estimate for each item is printed on its product page, and you get a tracking number when it leaves.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Most of our catalogue ships from an international warehouse and enters the United States as an import. In some cases US Customs applies a duty, which the carrier collects from the recipient on delivery. That charge is set by the customs authorities, not by us, and is not included in the checkout price. If it happens to your order, email us a photo of the charge and we will review it case by case. Items in the Ships from the USA collection are not affected.
I am starting from zero. What should I buy first?
The Pilates Bar Kit or the fabric resistance band set. Both are low impact, work the whole body, and cost less than two studio classes. Add the arm trainer once you want heavier loading.
Can resistance bands really build strength?
For most people training at home, yes. Muscle responds to tension and progressive overload, not specifically to iron. Bands provide both, as long as you increase the resistance as you get stronger, which is why every kit here ships with multiple tension levels.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, we cover the return shipping and the replacement. Full details are in our returns policy.
How do I care for the fabric bands?
Hand wash cold and air dry. Skip the dryer and the iron. Heat breaks down the elastic fibres and is the fastest way to ruin a band.
