VIA NERA sells Pilates, resistance and recovery equipment for people who train at home — in apartments, spare corners and bedrooms, not in dedicated gyms.

Why we exist

Most home fitness equipment is designed as if everyone has a garage. Racks that need bolting to a wall, benches that never fold, machines the size of a sofa. Meanwhile the people who most need to train at home are the ones with the least room to do it.

So we went the other way. Every product we stock has to fold, roll or stack. It has to work in a room you also sleep or eat in. And it has to keep being useful in month six, which is why almost everything here has adjustable or swappable resistance rather than one fixed load.

How we choose what to sell

We keep the catalogue deliberately small. Eight products, not eight hundred. Every one of them earns its place by doing more than one job, storing away in seconds, and being genuinely low-impact enough for someone easing back into training.

We also write up the research behind the training, not just the sales copy. Our training guides cite the studies, including the ones that complicate the picture. If the evidence for something is weaker than the marketing suggests, we would rather say so.

Where our products ship from

We would rather be straight with you about this than have you find out at the door.

Part of our catalogue is stocked in a US warehouse and reaches you in 2–5 business days. You can see exactly which items in the Ships from the USA collection.

The rest is dispatched from an international warehouse and takes 10–18 business days. Those items clear US Customs on the way, and in some cases customs applies an import duty that the carrier collects on delivery. That charge is set by the customs authorities, not by us. If it happens to your order, email us a photo of it and we will review it case by case.

The real estimate is printed on every product page. We do not quote a delivery window we cannot stand behind.
